As of Day 157 late afternoonish, Naoto's appearance has shifted somewhat! She will be presenting as more masculine than feminine, to the point where people may mistake her for a boy (if they don't already know her, that is). She's noticably a lot more androgynous than before, and matching her icons much, much more closely now; her curves are almost entirely hidden, her voice is a good octave lower, and she's gained about three inches in height (when wearing shoes). Her body language is much more relaxed and comfortable, as well.
