Isa is mmmmaybe warming up to the idea of having Ven as a friend, he is just also still in that stage of... how does I feelings??? but he does care about Ven, probably. He's definitely concerned about Ven's general well-being as of late, since it seems like he's got too many things weighing on him right now. Also, if Ven is still doing the forge thing (and it didn't already happen offscreen), Isa's still willing to be part of that effort. o7

Ven gets a vacation from Aather for one day, where does he go and why?

Ven is totes still doing the forge thing, it's just been postponed due to emo. '-' It will probably not be entirely offscreen, at least, just because Mau and Josh and I like threading out dumb adventures in physical labor, and Ven will absolutely come poke Isa when it happens.

Ooo...that's a good question. Most of the things he'd want to do if he got a chance to leave Aather for a day are actually pretty fucking depressing and also not feasible because lol everybody he knows is dead. I mean, if he knew where Aqua was, his idea of a vacation would be trying to rescue her, but. He's got no way of knowing. If it's actually like...this should be a fun vacation, no change of world destruction or getting eaten by three-story-tall heartless...hmmm. He might go visit a friend's world, though most of his friends have shitty worlds...

Would Isa consider trying to arrange for something like Lea's sock drawer of feelings?

He considered it, but has decided that he'd rather wait and see how Lea handles it first, since... he sort of got a terrible hangover the first time he used it! And also he recently had a conversation with Chesh about getting a boon from Beauty, so that option is being pondered as an alternative.

Your characters are forced to switch teams permanently, but they can pick whichever team they go to. Where do they go?

Ven would go to Tiger's Eye, absolutely. There are other teams he's fond of, Sapphire would be especially tempting, but he thinks TE would be the best for him, and hey, boyfriend.

Mark would...well, Mark's problem is that he's one of those characters who has no off-team CR ever. He would lean towards Emerald or Sapphire, since those are teams he at least knows one or two people on and doesn't have a particularly bad impression of. He's got reasons to pick either...he's perhaps slightly more likely to pick Emerald.

Reverse?

I could cheat and say Onyx for Isa (though Isa on Onyx would have an interesting affect on his development), but if he had to pick a non-knight team to be a part of, he'd pick either Coral or Peridot. Yeah.

Naoto would try to avoid this at all costs, but if she had to... probably Emerald.

What do you think is the most unexpected development to happen to Ven in Aather so far?

His friendship with Lelouch. Really rocky start, tons of trampling all over each other's issues and Ven being terrorized and distrustful, and then...there was just this weird wonderful breakthrough and suddenly all their threads are magic. Like he told Ven about accidentally killing Euphy, that's how close they are and it's magical.

God I am being so lazy with questions, but you ask good ones. Reverse!

Relationship!!

Naoto's still a bit sore over the time Raven tried to keep her from leaving TE, but she's softened up a bit. Tiger's Eye in general is something she's only now starting to come around on. Naoto's impression of Raven is tentatively positive, even if she thinks some of his comments (especially about women) are kind of sketchy. She definitely gets the sense that he's protective of other members, and his enthusiasm is... while not exactly off-putting, she finds it perplexing in light of their circumstances.

His cooking is really good, though. :x

YES THERE WILL BE A PARTY. I think we can pretty much have it whenever we get around to doing the post. Mitchell suggested that they have it and Raven got a quest for food and booze that requires writing up recipes and then cooking the food they want! So he has probably been writing up recipes. And probably getting Dusk/Ferris to do it as well.

What would Naoto do if Raven had a sudden terrible depressive funk (like he has before)...

I wouldn't use the word "like", but Isa is willing to tolerate Hikaru to a degree that is higher than usual. That's as close to "like" as one can get without special circumstances, I think, and is a step in the direction of Isa admitting he can be fond of people. And he stopped caring if Hikaru calls him a robot, WHATEVER MAKES THE KID HAPPY... (Isa has surprisingly positive views of Coral in general, mostly because of Hikaru and Kit :x)

Plus, he was willing to give himself up for Coral in the green knight's game that one time, EVEN IF THE MOTIVES WEREN'T NICE, he can still appreciate it. '-'

YES THERE ARE THREE CHARACTERS I'VE CONSIDERED AND I CANNOT APP ANY OF THEM!!!! The reason I haven't already sent in an app is because I'm in the process of applying for study abroad in Kyoto for the summer, which is an intensive language course that would take up most of my time. The combination of work hours + living in moontime would make keeping up with two characters in Aather difficult enough, let alone three. So I'm holding back even though I REALLY WANT TO APP bawwww

Anyway, the characters I'd want to app next are:

--Delita Heiral from Final Fantasy Tactics: the War of the Lions. THIS IS SORT OF MY FOREVER CHARACTER??? ugh I love him until the end of time and he would be fantastic in amnesia RP. I would make one of his skills the ability to find rocks anywhere and throw them at people. I am convinced he would make a fantastic Peridot, especially if I gradually broke him in about the whole manipulative bastard thing and made him think he was a good person at first :D teehee!!
--Ichinomiya "Maora" Yoshitaka from Shinshi Doumei Cross/Gentlemen's Alliance. She would be fucking phenomenal and silly and hilarious but also secretly yandere with a side of self-loathing and ^_^ smile until you don't feel anymore ^_^ Also, she'd adore Hikaru because she loves fashion and makeovers and being treated by cute boys~ ♥ She would also be fun to deal with gender identity issues, as well. (Maora is biologically male and identifies as both male and female depending on the time of day)
--Gale from Digital Devil Saga. This would not happen for a super long time for a couple of reasons: one, I would probably prioritize him over Naoto because I have a tendency to combine their voices (it's a problem), and two, he's infected with a virus that makes him crave human flesh (though DDS defines "human" in different ways) almost constantly and if he goes more than like... a few hours without it, he will flip the fuck out and attack people no matter what. I DON'T KNOW HOW I WOULD HANDLE THIS IN AATHER, there's way too many factors and comfort zone issues that I would need to work out first and I think it would just end in disaster if I tried it now. But I love Gale forever and I would have a great time with him, especially re: emotions and awakening. :'D

I ACTUALLY HAVE MOURI RAN AWAITING PLACEMENT RIGHT NOW :D She's a spunky, energetic girl who seems nice and adorable at first but also has no problem throwing her fist through a car window to stop a bad guy!

If I ever had to pick someone else, I would poooossibly consider Minene from Mirai Nikki ooor someone from Fate/Zero or Penguins. In the end, I'd probably reapp Mika or something. I actually don't have any strong apping pings for now so I'm pretty good!

Kit thinks Isa is too super serious for his own good 8|a Of course, Kit (by nature) is a jokey person who enjoys pressing buttons and teasing people, so despite Isa's serious nature, Kit finds him enjoyable to be around because he can poke fun of him and call him 'Mr. Banana Man' and so on and make him make above icon faces \:D/ He has pretty positive impressions of Isa as someone who takes his knight job SUPER SERIOUSLY, even though he recognizes the questionable motives of WANT TO WIN IN WHATEVER WAY POSSIBLE. But the questionable motives don't really bother him since he's observed them in a relatively non-traumaish game.

Possibly he thinks Isa needs to lighten up just a little bit and learn to laugh at himself.

Which off-team people have made the biggest impression on Naoto so far?

Kanji is the most obvious one; he's somehow tied into her memories and she's discovering more things about him as she goes along and he has weird reactions to her but also wants to be her friend??? It confuses her deeply. Kaworu also has a distinct impression of "troll" to her, and she has a remarkably positive view of KK. Emerald and Kunzite are both p. cool in Naoto's book so far.

Roxas would be mega not okay with not being on Emerald. It's his soul team! If he really had to, he'd go with Tiger's Eye, since they're similar enough in some ways, and one of his best friends is on the team.

Shion (who's no longer in game), would do well on most teams which don't have a serious ruthless streak in games. The best bet would probably be Coral. Where she would do nothing to help their 'lying liars that lie about their feelings' MO.
