Memory #0 - Starter
Starter memory: The official beginning of Naoto's character arc; discussing theories and going off to be a reckless badass.
2:49 to 6:22.
Memory Effects
--General feelings of being a lot more physically comfortable in this memory; will compare any feelings of discomfort in Aather re: clothing to how she felt in this one.
--Using the phrase "the case" implies sleuthing of some kind, and based on how I talk about potential suspects/theories/contradictions it definitely gives one the impression of a policing environment.
--However, discussing these things with high school students is... (u n s u r e) but we all seem to be on the same level, so.
--Also, it's a serial murder/kidnapping case. Well, this is dangerous work indeed.
--...but the connection between the victims seems pretty far-fetched. So, it must have taken a lot of trial and error to come to that conclusion.
--This group of high schoolers is made up of kidnapping victims who escaped the culprit and started working together to prevent further murders.
--The names of the Investigation Team are blanked out (Yukiko Amagi, Kanji Tatsumi, Rise Kujikawa, and when Yukiko says "Naoto-kun") but Mr. Morooka's name is not.
--Wary of televisions.
--This is complicated.
--And awesome.
--A flaw in the theory... why would the killer change their methods? To throw their pursuers off the scent?
--What's this "further action"? Where am I going?
--"This is not a game for me, either." Certainly not. Whatever that means.
--I want my hat.
